Basic Qualifications Software engineering experience through professional roles internships, or academic and personal projects. Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis — with the ability to apply them to practical problems. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python, C++, Rust). Ability to break a problem down into a correct, maintainable solution, and the instinct to ask clarifying questions when requirements are unclear. A willingness to learn how production systems are built, operated, and debugged, with support from the team. Working knowledge of English.
