What You’ll Do Design, publish, and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM) Develop and support MCP-based integrations and enterprise application connectivity solutions Design, develop, and support SAP integrations using Azure Logic Apps Integrate SAP with internal and external applications using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, and Web Services Develop and maintain Logic App workflows for business process integration and automation Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP connectors, RFC destinations, and API integrations Build application integrations between SAP, SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and third-party systems Monitor interface executions, analyze failures, and resolve production issues Perform testing, deployment, and support of integration solutions Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Provide production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support procedures Identify opportunities for process improvement, integration optimization, and automation What You'll Need Required: 4 to 8 years of experience in Azure Logic Apps development and support Experience in application integration using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), and MCP-based architectures Strong experience in SAP integration using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, and Web Services Strong experience in REST API and SOAP Web Service integrations Experience integrating SAP with SQL databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications Experience designing, securing, publishing, and managing APIs through APIM Knowledge of MCP concepts, agent connectivity, and enterprise application integration patterns Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, data transformation, and integration patterns Experience with SQL Server, database queries, and stored procedures.· Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and technical documentation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
