About the role Are you a skilled technician? At Thermopatch B.V., we are opening a brand-new, unique position for a serious and meticulous mechatronics professional who wants to own the production process from start to finish. In this role, you won't just be a cog in a machine - you will be the one building them. You will bridge the gap between fine-tuned electronics and robust mechanical assembly. You will take loose components and turn them into fully operational, high-quality heat seal machines. If you have a passion for technology, a steady hand for precise soldering, and the flexibility to pivot from programming to light logistics, this role offers the ultimate technical variety. Key responsibilities End-to-End Machine Assembly: Build our signature heat seal machines completely from scratch, seamlessly integrating both mechanical and electronic components. Testing & Calibration: Run comprehensive diagnostic testing and calibrate the finished devices to ensure they meet our strict performance standards before shipment. PCB Manufacturing & Finishing: Perform precise component-level work on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including soldering switches and displays, programming, and fine calibration. Spare Parts Production: Manufacture high-quality spare parts to support our customers, such as precisely fitting connectors to heating elements. Logistics Collaboration: Maintain a smooth workflow by handling light warehouse duties, which include collecting manufactured products and preparing them for the logistics department. Qualifications Proximity: Currently residing in the Netherlands, in or within a reliable commuting distance of Almere (absolute must). Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical insight and a genuine curiosity about how things work. A background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field is preferred. Soldering Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with PCB soldering, specifically with delicate components like switches and displays. Meticulous Mindset: A serious, accurate approach to your craft. You are someone who takes pride in the details and ensures every calibration is perfect. All-Round Flexibility: An autonomous worker who thrives on variety and is equally happy programming a circuit board, building a machine frame, or helping out in the warehouse. ABOUT YOUR ROLE 1. Designed automation programs according to user requirements and system architecture. 2. Responsible for solving the technical difficulties in the project, designing the system architecture and realizing automation. 3. Lead other technical members to complete the development of automatic program system. 4. Responsible for the preparation of automation design documents. 5. Report problems in development progress and technical difficulties to superiors. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 1. Mainly responsible for the development and writing of department automation programs; 2. Completed system design of application modules and preparation of relevant documents according to requirements; 3 As the key coordinator of the improvement project, responsible for solving the technical problems encountered in the project; 4.Studied automation related technologies and assisted other colleagues to solve problems encountered in the project; 5..Participate in and provide instruction and training for new employees; WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 1.Java / C# / Python / VBA Be familiar with Java / C# / Python / VBA and so on； 2 Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill, problem solving techniques Be familiar with process and order management system flows Competence Requirement: Strong team-work spirit Good communication skill Be able to work carefully and efficiently Sharp analytical ability Customer orineted EDUCATION- College degree or above, major in software engineering or computer science is preferable(At least 3-5 years working experience.)
